Technical Specification
CardsOnDemand.ca is fully equipped to receive electronic advertising, via the Internet or CD/DVD, in either Macintosh or PC platforms.
The following is a list of procedures, software and hardware we support. Please take note of these parameters, as we cannot assume responsibility for any incompatibility problems in these areas.
- Include all printer and screen fonts and supporting graphics with your ad file. If fonts are not included, CardsOnDemand.ca reserves the right to substitute fonts. We will endeavor to match the original font as close as possible.
- Ensure all color is set for process separation or CMYK printing. If the print is to run B/W, confirm that all color graphics have been converted to greyscale.
- Files must be saved with a resolution of 300 dpi.
- Be sure to compress (Mac: StuffIt, PC: Winzip), all files before e-mailing or posting via FTP. Please name your files as detailed as possible (i.e. name of company, type of card, etc).
- Excepted file formats - EPS, JPEG, PDF, PSD, QXT and AI.
- Below are the templates for all your printing jobs.
Right click and select Save Image As or Save Picture As (for PC) or click-and-hold (for MAC) to save the templates to your harddrive.
Delivery Methods
Please compress all your files into one compressed file before sending. Rename your file with your contact name.

FTP
There in no limit on the file size that you can upload. Once you have uploaded your files please send an email to upload@cardsondemand.ca.
